Merrymeet is a spacious modern single storey home on the edge of Burnham Market, (it’s an 8 minute walk from the centre of the village) and offers the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquillity or as a base for an active holiday exploring North Norfolk and enjoying the coast.

The cottage has three bedrooms, two double rooms (one ensuite) and one twin room, comfortably sleeping 6 adults and one child. There is a spacious family bathroom. Guests are expected to provide their own towels. There is a fully fitted kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, fridge, split level electric cooker/hob and television.

The lounge includes a television and a newly fitted log burner, perfect for those cooler days. Glass sliding doors from the lounge lead into the flint walled garden, including a very cosy summerhouse that has plenty of garden furniture for the warmer days. The garden is completely secure, meaning it is perfect for children or dogs.

 

There is a phone suitable for incoming calls only. We regret that there is a no smoking policy in the cottage. Well behaved pets are allowed on the understanding that they are not allowed in the bedrooms.

 

A large garage adjoins the kitchen and includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, 2nd fridge, freezer and extra sink. We even include bikes for the energetic! (ridden at your own risk) and free Wi-Fi internet connection.
